I ordered four of these frames for some artwork I wanted to hang. The frames have a thin wood border (about half an inch), and they don't include a matt. The problem is that the frames don't have a useful way to hang on the wall. The mechanism for hanging them is just a cardboard tab that comes out of the carboard that covers up the back of the frame. I'm pretty sure that if I use the cardboard tab to hang the frame on a nail, it will just rip through, and the frame will fall off the wall. Also, there isn't a cardboard pull-out on the back for just standing the frame up on a table.

A bit pricey for the quality but not bad. If these were a bit less expensive I would have rated them higher.

For the price this is going for I can't really complain like the guy below me. But the picture is misleading because I thought that the wooden frame is the entire border around the document. So I thought the wood was 2" thick. But if you look VERY closely you can see that the wood is only .5" thick! The rest of the dark area is a black paper matting. But like I said, it's not bad for a $6.71 frame. Just be careful when punching out the precut matting or else you'll have to create your own. I punched mine out and cleaned it up with some scissors and it's not bad.

For the price, the quality of this frame is quite low. I was unhappy with the matting, as well, and will need to create my own. I would have done much better at a local craft or home goods store.
